Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):  

We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of € 4.39 per order. From an order value of 50.00 € we deliver free of charge. 

Deliveries abroad : 

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value (gross value of the goods):

Austria
Value of goods up to 50 € = 9,90 €
Value of goods over 50 € = free of shipping costs

 

Delivery periods
As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 2 - 4 working-days, with foreign supplies within 2 - 8 working-days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further payment details

When paying by credit card  your credit card account will be debited when the goods are shipped.
